Hi Jacelin,
For packages, that basically limits you to the WestJetVacations packages (direct each way). Their cheapest packages around that time are all over $600/person after tax. The cheapest being Buffalo Bill's at exactly $600, but I doubt you would want to stay there. The cheapest for anything half decent is around $700ish (Bally's), and those are for 3-4 nights, and you're looking for 5.
If you were to try building your own package, the direct WestJet flights are around $450 roundtrip after tax. The flights with stopovers aren't really any cheaper anyways. And then you could stay at the Excalibur for around $60/night (Orbitz). Or Imperial Palace for $50.
