Sunwing offers seasonal flights, and they seem to be about 25% cheaper than using the Westjet/Air Canada duopoly.

Vancouver to Toronto is pretty much the only long-distance Canadian city to Canadian city flight that can be done on an airline not named Westjet or Air Canada.
