Looking for good deal on an all-inclusive x-mas 2011 7 or 8 days in the sun (preferably beach)

Hi everyone! If anyone hears of a great deal, I am willing to wait for last minute deals also, to anywhere warm and sunny, I'd love to hear about it. For 2 people, dates are flexible, around Dec. 23rd for 7 or 8 days.
