Way to search by price and airline not destination?

I have a Delta voucher to use and would like to search by cost of flights as I don't really care where I go! I'd be flying out of Saskatoon between Feb 18 and Feb 25(spring break) or sometime at the end of April. Is it possible to search all destinations by price anywhere? Thanks!
