Hi Chris,

We are looking for:

7-10 days on a tropical beach (not Pacific Ocean though)
From Kelowna either a direct flight or one stop (no over night's to get there)
Can leave with a week's notice anytime in March or April

What is the best way to book a trip like this (without spending everyday online searching?)

I found you on Facebook, not exactly sure what it is you do.... are you travel agent? Do you do the bookings? Or just seek out great deals?
