    Hi Louise,

    Advertised all inclusive package prices are almost always based on the standard 2 adults in a room, per person.

    So the deal above would be $647/person after all taxes & fees, based on 2 people sharing a room.

    You can also see in the terms & conditions that transportation to and from the airport will be provided. This is typical of pretty much every all inclusive package sold from every tour operator in Canada.

    Seems to be some really good prices to Amsterdam on Air Transat at the moment. Cheapest looks to be around $550 roundtrip after taxes.

    Hi Lisa,

    I've never stayed there, but the El Cid properties typically seem to be one of the better values out there.

    Nobody can predict future prices with 100% accuracy (especially for a specific date range to a specific resort), but when the Canadian tour operators do decide to drop their prices, it's typically around 2 months before departure. So in October/November for December packages as you point out.

    And then there might be a really amazing price with under 2 weeks to go, but again, the risk involved is that there won't be a drop. El Cid properties are some of the most common to be discounted though.

    As for booking flight + hotel separately, well, typically, I find it's hard to beat a well priced all inclusive package from the Canadian tour operators to the same resort. Doesn't hurt to try though.

    Sorry about that, I'm working out some issues with the toll-free number not working from certain spots in Canada. Hope to have that resolved soon.

    It's always worth checking flight & hotel separately to see if it's a better value than a package.
