You can place an order from 2 to 12 days, Monday to Friday, before you arrive in Japan.

520 yen (incl. tax)


Name on the package

The name on the package and the hotel reservation name must be the same.
Otherwise the hotel will not accept the package.

If you have made a purchase in a different name from your hotel reservation, please notify the hotel that you expect a package in the name which you ordered.


Need phone number

You'll need to enter the phone number in the purchase form.
If you have a phone number where we can reach you please enter that number.
If you don't have a phone number please enter your hotel phone number.


Frequently asked questions

The hotel said they have not recieved my package. Where is my package?

You can track your package from HERE by entering your Tracking Number which is included in the Shipment Confirmation email.
Is the reservation name and your package name the same? If not, maybe your hotel received the package under different name or reject to receive the package.

I changed the hotel at the last minute. Can you change the delivery address?

If the package is not shipped yet, then we might be able to change the address.
If the package is already shipped, you'll need to contact Japan Post.
