When Will I Receive My Tickets?Depending on the tour operator your trip is with, you will receive your e-tickets via email from Ydeals.com as follows:
Air Transat: Your e-tickets will be issued and sent by email 30 days before departure.
If you booked 1 week or less prior to departure the email will arrive the same day.
Air Canada Vacations: Your e-tickets will be issued and sent by email 2 weeks before departure.
If you booked 48 hours or less prior to departure, the email will arrive the same day you booked.
Nolitours: Your e-tickets will be issued and sent by email 30 days before departure.
If you booked 1 week or less prior to departure, the email will arrive the same day you booked.
Signature: Your e-tickets will be issued and sent by email 28 days before departure.
If you booked 28 days or less prior to departure, the email will arrive within 2 days from the time you booked.
Sunwing: Your e-tickets will be issued and sent by email 28 days before departure.
If you booked 28 days or less prior to departure, the email will arrive within 2 days from the time you booked.
Sunquest: Your e-tickets will be issued and sent by email 21 days before departure.
If you booked 21 days or less prior to departure, the email will arrive within 2 days from the time you booked.
For very last minute bookings, tickets may be picked up at the tour operators desk directly at the airport.
What About Transportation Details To And From The Airport?
Do I Need Vouchers?
Vouchers and/or details regarding your transportation to and from the airport will be included in the email that contains your e-tickets.
