Charlott
There is a town that Disney built called Celebration. It is a little like the Truman show with the white picket fences but it is a lovely town to go visit. Their town centre has numerous restaurants, my favourite is the celebration tavern. There are cute little shops and ice cream parlours and a lake you can walk around. It’s a lovely place to visit in the evening.

Lisa Hi Lisa, I was wondering if you think it's worth the drive to go to Clearwater vs Cocoa? I'm leaning towards yes for the nicer sand and my kids adore beaches but then I'm also undecided as our itinerary is so busy with Disney. Perhaps it's worth the drive as a rest day between park days?

I took my kids to GatorLand and we had a blast. It is pretty much the opposite of a Disney park and we loved it so much. We talk about it now, 10 years later, more than we talk about our day at the theme park.
Skylar
Nicole I've been googling this place, looks so kitschy and cool
Laurel
I still remember Gatorland! Went there over 30 years ago! Can not remember anything but the beach and gator land... have fun

Dustin and I really liked delray beach. Not so much the beach itself, there are def better, but the restaurants, shops and the town were super neat. We went to a great mini golf place that actually served booze to adults on the course
coco beach was a lot of fun, family orientated too
Skylar
Richelle Marsh thanks girl
Gail
Clearwater -- the aquarium there is where the dolphin from Dolphin Tales lives -- it is a wonderful aquarium and the beach in Clearwater (it's on the Gulf of Mexico) is spectacular.
Skylar
Gail sounds great thank you!
