Gorda Vista is highly recommended! Not a condo but a beautiful private property in the mountains owned by a lovely Canadian couple.

We are originally from Calgary and have a great triplex for short term rentals in Playas del Coco. Check out our website ... normally we are fully booked but just learned of a few cancellations.

I have stayed at Melina condo in playas del coco it is safe clean and well stocked with a screened porch and a pool outside your front door. Walking distance to town and the beach. She is Canadian and became not just a host but a friend!

I have a friend with a 2 bedroom condo in Jaco, which is great. A smaller condo complex right on the water. Contact me if you want more info.

Not a condo but if anyone is going....an Alberta couple (friends of mine) own Lazy Lizard sailing and tours in the Playa Flamingo and Playa Tamarindo areas, so you should check them out if you are in the area. https://lazylizardsailing.com/

I have a friend ( fellow Calgarian) that has 4 bachelor Suites in Playas Del Coco. Very affordable if you rent long term and 200 m from the beach. Very safe, very friendly neighbors ( most of them own there) , supermarket and restaurants right next door . For the difference you can rent a car and explore all Guanacaste ( no need for 4x4). Let me know if you want his whatsapp number .
