LOVE Thailand!
That’s a really quiet part of Phuket. You’ll defo want to rent scooters. Should be around 250 thb/day.
Are you only staying in Phuket while you’re there??
Janette
We haven't made any plans.. Ideas? We'll be there for 2 weeks.
Michael
You should defo go to some of the islands on the other side!
Phangan
Samui
It all just depends on what you’re looking for (beaches, parties, privacy, etc. )
Janette
Thx Mike I'll check this out. I have friends that went to Ko Samui .. looks beautiful. I'm definitely down for some beach time but want to experience the culture too.
Dawn
Be careful with the scooter rentals - almost every person I know who rented one ended up in a cast. Phuket is loud and touristy, not like quiet Thailand spots but get into the fun and check out the nightlife! Especially a ping pong show and a drag show (we saw an incredible one when we were there!)
