We spent 2 weeks at Dreams in Huatulco a year or so ago. Great! Flew Sunwing. No dinner reservations needed and 5 pools!

Ocho rios in Jamaica. Went st the end of October. We stayed at an adults only resort called couples tower isle. A smaller resort but all the things to see were near by. The food and service was amazing ! And lots to do

If your looking for all inclusive options. In Mexico - try the Viva Wyndham its price includes alcohol as well. In Jamaica I would suggest the adult only Riu Palace or Sandals - depending on your budget
